Wednesday 3/4/2020 Thursday 3/5/2020 Friday 3/6/2020 So the last couple of days have been pretty eventful. We moved from the ICU at Utah Valley hospital to the inpatient rehab at the U. Leaving the familiar surroundings and the team at UVH was a mixed bag of emotions. Louis developed relationships with so many of those amazing care givers and we had an established routine after 14 days in the same room that casting off into a new facility with new care givers was a little scary. This is Nissa one of the Physical Therapists that Louis worked with daily at UVH. She makes gnomes and Louis was telling her about his latest trip with Stacy Bare to Kyrgyzstan and the nomadic nature of many of the people there. So...this little guy is a gnomad! HA how cute is that? He now graces the window sill in our room at the U and brings luck and good fortune. We traveled by transport van in snazzy custom stretcher with shocks.
